Vintage Cupcake....loving it!
I wanted to be a littile creative this weekend, but I saw a cupcake on the web and could'nt wait to make it my own. This cupcake has a romantic look to it and is kind of Vintage style. Just use a few different decorating tips and let your imagination take care of the rest. Apply a few sprinkle pearls and it looks amazing! :D

Pink Lemonade Cupcakes....yummy!
Love this cupcake! So sweet and a bit sour. Here's my recipe for the rasberry buttercream:
~ 1/2 cup sweet butter
~1/2 cup vegetable crisco (only if weather is very hot to prevent butter from getting too soft...if not add full cup of butter)
~ 2 cups of confectioners sugar
~ 1 cup rasberry preserve (your favorite brand)
~ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
~ 1 teaspoon of water (add while mixing...depends on weather)
Enjoy!

Tres Leches Cupcakes....Mmmmmm!!!
I have to admit....this was'nt an easy recipe, but maybe next time will be. Is just a bit more than batter and buttercream preparation. I grew up around Tres Leches and Dulce de Leche deserts, but never had the chance to make my own. Advise: Be patient! Hope you enjoy the pictures! ~Lola~
